Well, I had a rough day, I did go out in the afternoon........drove myself,
parked in a parking garage and went around the corner to collapse into a
hard wooden chair for two hours while we gossiped and sipped our protein
smooties......when it came time to leave I felt like someone had beat me to
death with a bag of nickles:-( We walked around the parking garage about a
block total.....thinking I just needed to stretch out my back but it didn't
help. That's the fibro I believe.....I drove home in severe pain, hitting
every dang little pothole in the frickin' road and then had to have my son
get me out of the car, into the house, out of my clothes and into my bed to
take a pain pill:-( It was bad:-( I guess I just need to really work on
re-building my staminia at this point:-( I'll try it again today when I go
to the surgeon's office. Jeremy is going with me this time though.
