Actually, I'm *not* like you. Well, I think I probably AM, in some
respects (LOL), but not where sleep is concerned. See the post I'm

I agree that a person should eat what makes them feel the best. I was
just listing what SherryLynn cannot tolerate! Thank goodness there a
few foods left I can. I envy you,,,I would like a good old fat baked
tater loaded with cheese and bacon,,but then I would go into what I
term "the stupids" and walk into things (great to amuse the cat and
kids). Tell,,,are they good like they used to be?
I am gonna get that book if I can find it! I have read more books on
autoimmune disorders and nutrition than I can count. But we have to
learn if we want to help ourselves.
