Newbies Welcome Package - Responsible person wanted

Starting February 15 it will be necessary for one of you to step up and
take over the twice monthly postings as I will no longer be able to
continue to do it.

As I took it upon myself to do this when the originator (as far as I
know), Rose aka TNLittleRiver, stopped posting on AMF. The copy I had
on file was full of dead links which I corrected.

I've been told but have not checked for myself that there are dead links
on the current posts. My impression is that there are not many;
however, clicking every link, deleting it and/or replacing it could be
very time consuming IMO.

It may be more important to AMF newbies (as Rose's was to me when I was
one) to have valuable links to most information rather than
removing/correcting dead links. The person assuming responsibility for
this can decide that and whether or not to post once or twice a month.

When I chose to do this, it was to honor Rose's work. While I am a
passing phase in all this, I hope you will remember Rose as I chose to
do on Pt 1 of 4.

If none of you wish to avail yourself of this opportunity to provide
helpful links for newbies arriving at AMF particularly so they will be
welcomed but in addition so they have one place to return for some
information should they be scared off by some of the wacky (I'll leave
it at that) posts.
