My previous doc ran a blood test for rheumatoid factors with negative
results.

In comment to Megs info:
I have had this limb pain for over 7 years now, the other pains more
recently.

I do have problems with blood pressure and am on ACE inhibitors, on a
24 hour monitor my BP graph looked like a saw blade , it went up to
200/100 at one point, I do have problems with anxiety. The criteria
for CFS do not seem to "ring a bell" for me.

I think my best option is to find a good book on FMS.
