For me it's:
fruit (berries of all kinds, melons & bananas - since I'm allergic to apples, plums and peaches)
cottage cheese & yoghurt
ham, Polish sausage
tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, mixed greens
About the only canned stuff I have is artichoke hearts and baked beans.
If I could stick to these in reasonable proportions, I'd have a not bad diet.

What kinds of foods do you like to keep around as quick and easy, get it in
your tummy before you pass out from hunger kinds of fodder ( that word
started as a typo, fodd, so i just finished it to use the old world term for
food <bg>)
i have crackers/bread and PB & J/all fruit <grin> , frozen waffles and real
maple syrup, apples and bananas, tortillas ,salsa and cheese adn maybe some
leftover chicken. so that's about all i can think of that i have on hand
right now for quick eats, everything else would require cooking, slicing or
using a can-opener ;-)
