I'm always worse in the summer. You'd think it would be the other way
around, because winters out here in Northern Alberta, Canada can be
viciously cold.. Actually, it was my husband who noticed this first. Well,
one reason I can think of that summer is worse, is from all the rain - rain
just does me right in I beleive it affects the fibro as well as the
osteoarthritis. Heat also really bothers me - heat is not my friend...

Hi FM'ily, been awhile since I posted.
Just need to vent.
After years of being tossed from doc to doc...having a ***
rhuematologist tell me I have no pain, to a asshat neurologist telling me
it's in my head...to a shrink telling me he doesn't get it because I am a
'well adjusted normal young lady' (God bless his heart).
I have been thru meds, PT, chiro, accupuncture, massage.
Most of the time I am functional.
For some reason, the last 3 years, every summer, I get bad. Really bad.
Can barely walk kind of bad.
I'm wondering if anyone else has seasonal flares that arent related to
allergies.
soft hugs,
Cat
