chamisses (sp?) but that doesn't "hide" what bras are suppose to do,

TOS sufferer to wear without a trip to the ER?

Hi,
I don't know what TOS is, but I recently had a breast biopsy and my
under-wire bras hurt too much to wear. Going braless hurts too and I
also have that 'pokearoo' problem. LOL I found these lycra/cotton
blend tank tops at the Bargain Store that have a built-in sort of bra
in them, only it's not nearly as constricting around the braline area
of the chest. It just kinda flattens things out a bit, if you know
what I mean. They were in the Plus Size womens' tank tops area and
were about $7.00 each.
You might also want to try some different sports bras and see if you
can find one that hides enough without being too constricting.
My first thought was to say, "To hell with the guys. Tell them to get
a grip. EVERY woman has nipples. So does every man. Men don't have
to wear bras to hide their nipples so we women won't run amok with
lust. Why should we?" But the simple truth is, I don't feel
comfortable out in public with "Pokies". Men stare. So we have to
either do something about it or spend all our time trying to ignore the
adulation (LOL) or getting angry at them. It's not worth the stress,
if you can find something that's comfortable for you.
If you CAN'T find anything that's comfortable for you, I say get a
letter from your doctor saying bras are too uncomfortable for your
condition and you shouldn't be forced to wear one. It's kinda sexual
harasssment for your boss to tell you that your nipples are turning all
the guys at work into letches, isn't it? ;o) Isn't this a Human
Resources issue in a way?
Take GOOD Care,
Jane
