suggestions needed

Does anyone know how to help sinuses headaches? I Have had a sinus
infection or so they say for over 2 weeks now on my 2nd round of zithromax
and one day it is fine, the next it is not, today came home with the worst
sinus headache and pressure on my teeth and checks, I am off the enbrel and
mtx right now for one more week, took one shot last week but shouldn't have.
I am really wanting to leave for cali on Saturday but the pain in my head
and the pressure is almost to much to stand and the doc just keeps saying
steam those sinuses, gee I have steamed so much the only thing it has done
is plump up some of my wrinkles!!
