Re: Rice Packs

I just use plain old rice, what ever is on sale! I don't use minute
rice types. And I toss in a little bit of a nice smelling herb. I
like to use Bay (Laurel leaf) or rosemary, sometimes I use small bits
of a cinnamon stick. And I don't pack them too full, leave enough room
for the rice to be able to conform to the shape of the body part it's
going to be wrapped around. --fran
