Crying jag

I'm so exhausted that now whenever I go to the doctor, grocery store, talk
to my attorney, whatever, I can hold it together for a couple hours but when
I get home I have a deep crying jag which seems to be something I need to
release the tension and stress it takes in just dealing with people and all
the crap that you have to do to get people to take you seriously, etc. Just
had to vent. Sure am getting tired of crying. Once my lawsuit is over I
think I'm going to avoid people for a while.
