I find that when I've been under a lot of stress, and you have been, that
everything is just worse. That's usually what sends me into a flare,
especially if it happens to coordinate with weather changes.
As for your rash, it's natural for your mind to jump to the worse possible
thing at a time like this. So just "Breath",give it a little time.Could also
be nerves, heat, medication, something you ran across while working outside.
Are you still dealing with your Dad everyday or has he gone back to his own
life?Does he live close by or was he just there because of your Nan?
I hope you don't find my post offensive, I really want to help and have
dealt with a lot of loss lately.I know how very hard it is and how it
affects your mood and thinking on every other subject
It took me a while to put it all together, I spent a lot of time wondering
what the heck was wrong with me.
Take care,Nina

I am finally starting to feel better today, on thoes really sore spots.
However, it looks like I am developing a rash on my face, that looks
like a butterfly rash...
perhaps it is nothing...
but it might be a lupus rash also...
