Re: Please help does this sound like Fibromylagia?

Well now I'm reading that fibro comes with a *lot* of pain.. I can't say
that I have a lot of pain but I have sore joints and muscles all the time,
maybe I have just gotten used to it. The main thing is brain fog and
lightheadedness. Any ideas? I thought that since I had Hashimoto's it would
be more likely to be fibro. Hmm. Wish I could get rid of this brain fog and
feeling of oxygen deprivation.. I could faint if I did any sort of exercise
right now.

Have you checked out sleep apnea? I only was able to get through about
half of your original post, but a lot of what you wrote could be
because you're not sleeping well. Dunno if that can be part of
Hashimoto's or not. I *do* know that the less quality sleep I get, the
more difficult it is to do everything I have to get done during the
day, to the point that I sometimes have to have someone with me when I
do my long drive once a week to the butcher (an hour-and-a-half each
way).
