I'll give you my first search results as there are several articles that claim
that anticonvulsant's combined with an antidepressant do have pain relieving
qualities.

Suggest to your doctor that you make one change at a time, so you know for sure
what is going on. Stopping the Topomax may allow you to see the benefit or no
benefit from that medication.
