These kinds of stories just drive me crazy!! Oh, yeh, arrest that lawyer
who has enough problems already and toss him in jail. Why? Because he
wants what most other people take completely for granted -- that they will
not be in such horrible pain that they cannot function normally anymore.
Oh, he's a dangerous one, alright. He hurt absolutely no one else. He
begged for adequate medical care and was treated like a criminal.

If I had a broken leg and went for help, but they were afraid of treating my
leg, and had me tossed in prison, what would the general public think then?
It would be ridiculous and people would demand that I get adequate care
immediately!

But this guy's in prison, with serial killers, child killers, terrorists,
and gang members who shoot people to just get in the club. Yessiree Bob!
He's a real danger to society.

It's a bunch of stinky crap!! Some cowboy-DA or cop wants to gain some
attention and more money and power in his job. They ought to be ashamed of
themselves! Carving another notch in the *** of a gun, or hanging another
bloody scalp on the fence -- never recognizing the real criminal here.

The DEA and the medical community need to get their *** together and go
back to school -- and learn who the real bad guys. The bad guy is not the
one with clenched teeth and look of agony in his eyes from being forced to
live without pain relief.

Anyone of us could get to the point that we will do drastic things in order
to have just a few minutes or hours without chronic pain. None of really
expect the pain to go away completely and forever. We just ask for some
relief of pain once in a while. I would move back to Montana, but I'm
afraid that I wouldn't be able to get my pain taken care of.

And this business of "turning people in" is another bag of ***. Reminds me
a lot of wartime Germany.

So -- do you get how I feel? I say, "Don't judge a man until you've walked
3 miles in his moccasins."
