What model PC brand and operating system?
Are you on dialup or high speed?
Can it still get online? (Maybe I can take control of it from here and see
whats up)
Or I can try to talk you through getting it back online and we go from
there.
Option#10 I can send you a laptop shipping box (it's filled with foam and
tripple thick) and you can send it here.
