I don't have the stamina I once had. It's hard to build it up when your
body is screaming STOP.
I like yoga and pilates. Pilates was actually created for bed bound
individuals.
Water workouts are good. Check out your local arthritis association... they
most likely have a gym in your area... great thing about the arthritis
association is the instructors are trained to work with those who have
muscle/joint problems.
Tai Chi is something to look into also.

I love to rollerblade but haven't in over a year.... and what sucks is that
I feel better when exercising... but I stopped cuz I felt so bad. Now I
have an injury so I'm nursing that along.
