Re: My mom's update

Thing is Jeb, she's 88 and has very little energy and physical stamina
anymore. She also has GERD, IBS and direticulitis. This causes her more
problems than anything else. That's what happened on Thanksgiving and why
we called 911. She was pucking her guts out and then couldn't even stand
up. I had to hold her little body..... she's dropped down to 111 lbs. She
has little to no appetite most of the time and then gets sick if she eats.
That, if anything, will get her. I do believe she has a chance of living a
lot longer; my grandma lived to 95.5. We never know though do we? I just
hate seeing mom and dad hurting. I'd rather take the pain myself than see
them in trouble. Anyway, I am pretty certain that they are coming here for
X-mas if things remain stable or better. That's what makes me happy.

Thanks for your thoughts and concerns. Oh yes, she is on O2 24/7. She
does nebulizer treatments twice a day. But, she's tough!!!! :>)

Hugs,

Nettie
