So sorry to hear this Daddio! I too was mistaken and thought you had won
sometime back! ;-( I hope and pray you get what you so deserve quickly!!!
This is uncalled for! Try to keep a positive way of thinking though. I know
it is a lot easier said then done, but where you are now is where I was
approved at! It pisses me off thinking back on it, and it just makes me
madder thinking they are doing it once again to you!
I had even been to a hearing. And the lawyer advised I go so he could
see me and all that crap and they still did a denial! then the lawyer told
me not to lose faith that we would be applying to the(?)....for the life of
me I can't remember what it was called. Suppose to be in Virginia and the
ONLY ones that can undo a judges say! Well, I knew he was getting the
records ready for me to sign to send to Virginia{he had already warned me it
could take YEARS there!}....the phone rang about a week after my hearing. It
was the lawyer saying that someone had seen my file, and called him and
wanted to know why in the world was I denied when I had the doctors note
stating I was 100% disabled!?! They lawyer said he quickly said....Well, I
don't know you tell me? the guy at the appeals place told him I had a paper
in my file that stated from a doctor that I was 100% disabled and I would
never get better and that a judge was not suppose to go against a
doctor!!!!! So for 3-3½ years while I suffered and played their BS
games...the paper laid in my file!!!!
To this day I don't have a clue as to what happened.....judge really
can't go against a doctor?Someone higher was watching out for me that day? I
just plain got lucky? I have always wondered, and I did ask...but I was so
thrilled and relieved to be done with those people I didn't want to question
it too much!!!
Maybe something like that will happen for you, right person, at the right
time, will see something that will help you or will see it in their heart to
help you.....I pray! ;-)
Till then, hang in there and fight, you deserve what they owe you and
what they need to get off their butts and start doing to help you!! ;-)
