You know, that's when I'd go and talk to the manager or at least
call him later... this guy is *not* supposed to yell at the
customers, especially the handicapped ones!
Here in the Netherlands I was sitting in the seat at the front
reserved for the handicapped, highly pregnant and in severe pain and
the bus driver wouldn't let me get out of the front door because she
"had a cold"... for her those few metres were nothing but for me
they were too far. Called the company later and got an apology and
assurance that it wouldn't happen again. I think lots of people must
have complained about that kind of thing cause nowadays those in the
handicapped seat are let out at the front as a standard.

I'm sorry that man was so rude, you'd be in your rights to complain!
Sometimes we need the damn carts to walk, taking them back just
doesn't always work.
