Unfortunately, you've run into eBay's famous customer non-service.
They don't care (really), and you will only be frustrated. I hate to
advise this, but don't dwell on it, accept your unfair fate, learn
from this about eBay, and move on.

Selling overseas has caused a number of problems for some, although
I've not had any problems in many years. Some, though, consider it
almost as dumb as selling to guitar players.
