This is a tricky area and a real mine field for those who bought
something from someone not authorized to sell it. What's fair is fair
and then there is the law which is something else again.

People who buy a large quantity "good dead" of anything,
from anyone but the manufacturer, know what they are
doing. They can't claim they were taken advantage of.
It's the same as people buying all that fake crap off Canal
Street in NYC .... and thinking they're fooling people.
They're only fooling the stupid.
