LOL, good one!!!
I "feel for " business people when I see them having to smile and be
polite to some of the public. There are times when I am at the store
where it is all I can do not to go off on some idiot raging at some poor
clerk who has to take it. It would be nice if the clerks could just tell
them to pound sand and get lost. The ones that always leave me wondering
is when I see people do this at a restaurant. Sending food back and
raising hell, then eating what comes back to them. Brave? Stupid? Both?
Not something I would ever do I know.
Many years ago, my then-husband and I dined at a very nice restaurant
where a friend worked as a waiter. We did the wine thing, ordered a
very nice vintage, tasted it, made a face, and sent it back. Then
ordered a more modest bottle. The reason was that rejected bottles went
to the waiters' nook, where they would enjoy the bottle when the
restaurant closed for the night.
How does it feel being a thief?
