Since only about 70% of buyers care about feedback, why waste time posting feedback to those who don't care?
We use Selling Manager Pro so very easy to do bulk feedback. Doesn't take much time at all. We could even just have SMP do auto feedback when they pay.
So what are saying is that you provide totally impersonal feedback. Why bother at all?
Depends on what you have it say. Mostly, thanking them for their purchase is quite enough.
Robotic feedback - Now that should leave a great impression.
SMP has several different lines of feedback comments that it can choose from to randomly post. Apparently you don't know how it works. It is quite slick and a good marketing tool if used properly. Sometimes we do post more personal feedback but that is really not required most of the time.
