Got a computer for which the seller charged $45 shipping, the listing
states USPS 1st class, they sent it parcel post and the postage label
says $31.66 which includes insurance and delivery confirmation.
The item arrived intact, though the video card was sliding around
loose inside the computer case (!!!) but miraculously nothing seems to
have been damaged and the computer does appear to work.
Are there any rules that cover chiseling on postage like that to make
a few bucks? When I ship and item, I ship it the way I say I'm going
to.
Thanks for all input.
"Shipping" = shipping + handling + materials. It's not simply
"postage"
However, the seller should have shipped it way he/she said they would
but this could have simply been a typo or other error.
