Interesting. But FHP does not have jurisdiction in traffic-related accidents on private property or even in municipalities with police departments that have traffic divisions.

Windermere is like Rancho Santa Fe near San Diego, where a friend had a house. When she decided to dry a pair of panties by putting them on a lampshade and turning on the lamp, and they got a little too hot, and her smoke alarm sounded, she had RSF firemen at her door within minutes. She said they were really cute, and it was a little embarrassing explaining what had caused the alarm. She was a hoot. She died a year ago last April, and I miss her and her antics.
