Is it just at my end/computer or is eBay become very slow in loading
pages? The
initial page loads quick enough, but when I go to scroll down right away,
every
page seems to take a long time to load. The scrolling seems to slow down
at this
point

"read.include.ebaystatic.com"

I'm using Windows XP, my browser is SeaMonkey (a Mozilla based browser
like
Firefox) and I have a cable internet connection, which is very fast as I
have
Optimum Boost. Thanks.

ebaystatic is eBay picture host. If it REALLY is happening every
time, and at that point, you need to clean up your computer.
If it's actually only on certain pictures, see if you can pin down
the image size that's causing the problem.

Believe me when I say I run a lean, mean machine. I do routine maintenance on it
several times a week, including deleting all unecessary files, temp files,
defrag at least once a week, etc. I have a couple of utilities that maintain the
system, so cleaning up my computer is not something I see as a problem. Maybe
it's just the numbers and sizes of the pictures, although with this Optimum
Boost service, I have unbelievable download speed.

Everyone has "optimum boost". Comcast, Cox...they all advertise it.
And pretty much everyone has a cable ISP. I wouldn't call it
"unbelievable" although I thought it was an improvement over
our direct satellite and previous dial-up.

Try a real browser.
