EBay has well and truly done one over on me, I had a dispute with a seller whom I bought a boxset of DVDs from and it was supposed to be sent recorded delivery. I never received them and put a dispute in with PayPal. Last week eBay rang me and told me they would put the money back in my PayPal once he went through some steps with me to show that I had tried to get my dvds or refund. he then said it would take 2-3 days and I had to cancel my dispute with PayPal as they would be refunding the money. Rang them back up Friday and they went through the same procedure with me and apologized about the money not going back in and would do it right away. Today still no money and I rang PayPal whom said there's nothing they can do and they can not reopen the dispute. So I loose all my money


Just for future reference guys if this happens to you and eBay say they will pay the money in don't under any circumstances close the dispute with PayPal until your dosh has gone in

Ok the customer support number on eBay how did he get it on there then, if this is a scam and if it is I am well I am f**** and stupid how did he get the number on my eBay.co.uk page and has anyone got the proper number for eBay uk and I will ring them and make a complaint or see what they can do.
