Best Tool for Posting eBay Auctions

We wanted to try out one of eBay's desktop tools for creating auctions, but
to my amazement eBay had no way to demo any of these tools. Instead you
just have to sign up for one and then cancel if you don't like it. If
your objective is to create less than 20 auctions per month and to use a
design template for this, what is the best eBay auction tool to use?

Does any third party make a product that would let you put the text of your
auction into an XML file, the options for the auction in an XML file, and
design the template for the auction using XSL?
