You sent a pkg to an unconfirmed address,]
that cost $22 to ship and didn't insure?

I think I found your problem.

So now, it's up to the seller to pay for insurance when it's a PP fuckup?
I have an idea, let PP when they have an UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS call the
customer & straighten out the fuckup so it can say ADDRESS CONFIRMED. Fuck
you & ebay, who's side are you on, danm, that was a stupid question!

It's ALWAYS up to the seller to buy the insurance, because it ONLY
protects the sender under eBay's system.

Perhaps if you learned to write the English language, you could
then progress to reading it on eBay's TOS and HELP pages?
