One I Haven't Seen Before

We haven't messed with eBay much since back when they took Stores out of
search. Too much hassle for the money. We received some stuff in that was
pretty much tailor made for selling on eBay so I had them listed fixed
price. Been selling like hotcakes. Last month one was purchased fixed price.
After four days of not hearing from the buyer we sent our usual reminder
invoice and heard nothing. Not really caring if they bought the thing our
not after 15 days we filed NPB. They responded to eBay through the
"Resolution Center" that they intended to pay. I forgot about the thing and
remembered ten days later. Here we are 29 days and still have not heard a
peep out of the buyer. I sent them an email through eBay telling them that
if they didn't want it let's just cancel the transaction. Five days pass and
not a word so I indicate in the resolution center that I want to cancel the
damned thing. They responded to the resolution center that they don't agree
with cancellation and eBay send us an email saying the dispute is closed and
no further action is available and FVC will not be issued.
Hell the sale was thirty bucks and I could not give a shit less about the
less than three bucks FVF but this buyer has found the perfect hole in the
system as far as I can see. Deadbeat buyer just keeps responding that they
are going to pay and the seller is screwed.
This is my once a year a.m.o.e. eBay related posting for everbody to flick
shit at.
