I listed a printer yesterday and was purchased by a new buyer with BIN. His
ID was registered at the same day as the purchase. When I did a search on
him, I found out he bought over 21 printers of the same kind. Is this
somebody out of school on summer vacation and is bored?
Yep, you can usually filter these idiots out by enabling the block against 0
feedback bidders who have not registered a credit card on their ID.
