OK, whats the question here?

You list an item, the buyer wins the auction, and now you ship the
item.

If no reserve is set, then you can't go back and say you want more $$
$.

You made a mistake, now you pay.

of course there will be no court....but as a matter of honor you should ship the item (shoes?). That is the problem with this world, there are too many people without honor.
