Well I have had a reply to an email to the ebay folks who have
suspended me indefinitley, even though I have feedback of 98.8%. In
my original posting I was complaining that I am yet to receive a
sensible reply to my emails. I copy the response and my original
message (which is dull I know) but it proves my point I feel.

First of all, your email is probably being handled in either Dublin or
Dreilinden, not in the U.K. Secondly, the CSR getting your messages is
probably required to maintain an average of 20 responses per hour, at
minimum.

Because of this, you want to make your inquiry as terse as possible,
sticking to the point, and presenting it in an easily read format. They
like bullet points. Such as:

* My account has been suspended.
* The reason given, 2 negatives feedback in one year, seems inadequate
to me.
* How can I get my account reinstated?

Thank you for you helping me resolve this problem.

Thanks Joanne I'll try that ... Just had an identical email from them,
same as they sent some weeks ago, in response to my latest missive.
