Although I can't advertise it, I happily take cash. However, as a
buyer, I certainly wouldn't send it because of the risk of a bad
seller. I understand some folks overseas find that the easiest way,
and they infrequently will use that approach.
I've probably had 100 cash transactions over the years, no problems
yet. No one ever wrote that they had sent money that I did not get.
Once again, eBay's policy is whatever makes money for them, and cash
doesn't. Once again, they give another reason ("protecting" us whether
we want it or not).
