Shipping via International Priority Mail?

Hi all

I am selling a digital camera on eBay and have someone that has asked
if I will ship to Santiago city, Chile via Priority Mail. I prefer not
to ship electronics via Priority Mail, as detailed tracking like you
get with DHL or UPS is not available. Was checking the USPS website
and it shows that tracking is available for major destinations with
International Priority Mail. Just wondering how detailed this
information would be and if Santiago would be included. Please reply
if you have had any experience with this service.
