My point is, I should not have to explain it all step by step like I have done
above to Ebay to alert them to it.
No, but you certainly need to say more than "fake account".
If you remember i wrote to them.......
Item number 280222349181
Seller - sammy.7042
I believe this seller to be fake sammy.7042 - I also believe that the one
feedback he has got - from sniper.7795 - I believe that account to be fake
too. Just look at his completed listings.
http://search-completed.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&dfsp=11&catref=C6&fcl=3&frpp=200&from=R2&ftid=2&fcd=2&fccl=0&satitle=&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&fspt=1&sadis=10&fpos=WF169by&sabfmts=1&fis=2&ga10244=10425&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&seller=1&sass=sniper.7795&fsop=11&fsoo=1
As you see, those 18 above seem very similar to items that sammy.7042 is now
selling.
People are going to get ripped off if you dont do something quickly.
I see nowhere where you mention that you think the accounts have been
phished/hijacked. Those two words mean a lot to eBay people. "Fake" implies that
the items or accounts themselves are not real, and doesn't give them adequate clues.
If you don't give them something specific that they can observe in 30 seconds, you
complaint likely gets passed on and ignored. However if you have something specific
that they can see, they can decide whether or not it's worth investigating further.
And as I replied in an earlier post, sellers can have more than one account. Just
because you tell eBay you see two similar auctions from two different accounts, that
alone doesn't indicate any violation.
