For someone who claims they have a lot of feedback, you sure don't know much about
eBay. You must be a very slow learner as well as a whiner.

Okay, here is where to find the correct form. It's right at the bottom of the page
in every listing. It says "Report this item".

Was that so tough to find?

Next page click on "Fraudulent listings" then "You suspect that a listing is
fraudulent (you didn't bid)".

Click on "Continue".

Then fill in the item numbers and the reason why you feel there is a problem.

By the way, the listing (280222349181) you "allegedly" reported is now gone. All
anyone here had to do was report it through the proper form, and "whoosh".
