It would be one thing guessing at the shipping
cost for a baseball card. But a heavy and large
piece of furniture?

Note that dispite the admitted "lunch eating"

tax in Italy,not sent "as gift",A++++"

Not sure if the Italian buyer is saying that 12 euros
more is good or bad. Same with "as gift". Just more
support for the concept of "why bother" with
foreign sales.
