Falsely Accused of SHill Bidding WE DEMAND REINSTATEMENT

We have had all or our auctions removed from ebay AGAIN with the FALSE
accusation of shill bidding!

We have presented both PowerSellers and Safe Harbor with information and
facts.

But as usual with Ebay there is no listening to both sides of anything, Safe
Harbor wears
the armband and the rest of the departments follow suit.

With the Safe Harbors actions and now Power Sellers lack of Support for a
Long Term
customer that has upheld the policies and Promoted the Ebay Community
for more than 10 years of active trading on Ebay, and promoting eBay in
both our Live Auctions & our brick & motar retail stores,

The individual responsible for the causing the infraction has effectively
accomplished more than they could have imagined possible.

With the limitations on our sales abilities in just Four (4) days, we have
already
lost thousands of dollars in revenue and laid off half of our 6 employees
indefinitely. While your depts. may feel you have acted in the best
interest of Ebay, you have assisted this individual in their deed without
cause or caring for our outstanding reputation as part of
the community or to how such actions will affect our company and the
employees that depend on us & Ebay to provide for their families.

With that being said DO YOU HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT WE WOULD INTENTIONALLY
RISK WHAT WE HAVE NOW LOST BY INVOLVING OURSELVES IN SUCH A MEANINGLESS ACT.

I personally am a Licensed Auctioneer and member of State &
National Auctioneering organizations and have never acted in any manner
that would jeopardize my reputation and certainly would not do so
Knowingly or Willing in reference to doing business on Ebay.

Between the extreme cost and the inconsistent concern for Ebay
sellers, I am not sure that I want or can continue to do so. I am truly
amazed at two different incidents this past week, one is that when all
of this came to life there was nothing but support & understanding from
Powersellers Representatives and

THEN when interacting with the Safe Harbor
Representatives the attitude of we are always right and always to busy
to be bothered with anything.

Now #2

Ebay as an organization does not conduct business during normal business
hours, never allowing for time to interact much as this notice from
PowerSellers appearing on
Sunday Evening, no consideration, no phone call, not even an email allowing
for a response.

You would think the Department designed to set the example for the
PowerSellers on Ebay would do so by COMMUNICATING in a Business like and
professional manner.

At this point I request that both PowerSellers Representatives & Safe
Harbors actions be
Reviewed and that the sanctions be reversed and an immediate apology be
forwarded.

Ebay should figure it this way, I could want financial compensation for lost
sales and for our employees loss of wages due to thier actions.

We have been NARU for 3 months now and we DEMAND REINSTATMENT AND
DAMAGES!!!!!
