I've used this service 40, maybe 50 times and today was the first time

there within 10 seconds of the first knock they start to leave.
I use the service regularly here in NYC. Its generally reliable, but
they drop the ball every once and a while.
My biggest pet pieve is that when they roll out a new online service
like 'SCAN Form' (which essentially provides an intake scan, so
there's proof the package is in the PO's possession) they don't train
the rank and file. My driver had no idea whatsoever what do with this
form, nor had they even issued him a hand scanner.
If you're having a problem, don't be afraid to register a complain
with the manager at your local PO. I've found them to generally e
responsive.
