Ebay scammer!

How unfortunate it is to find people who scam on ebay. It ruins it for
everyone and despite being free to leave negative feedback there
appears to be little ebay is willing to do to protect those using
their service.
I recently bought a 'genuine leather' jacket, which turned out to be
fake leather or more precisely a synthetic meterial that had an awful
smell. I returned the item and was refunded the cost of the jacket
(about $39). I did not receive the cost of postage in or out which
amounted to about $40 and the seller tells me it is not his problem.
This despite the fact he tried to pull a fast one on me. He also
claims it was a genuine leather jacket and that he intends to put it
back up for auction. Of course he has not done so as he is waiting for
me to go away so nobody will expose his scam again.
This seller is 'icklebox' Andrew Buckley, 32 Guildford Crescent,
Beech Hill, Wigan WN6 8NG
The disturbing thing is that this guy has only positive comments which
made me think he was a decent trader, but not so. http://myworld.ebay.ie/icklebox
I have not left my negative feedback for him yet but will await the
best time depending on when he decides to sell again, if ever under
this name.
There are other means open to me and I will take those in due course.
