I won the auction for the item but no response from the seller about
shipment payment method or charge which wasnt listed on the ad.

Should I pay the amount sans the shipping costs, since they didnt post
it anywhere?


You mean you bid on something with no idea what the payment terms were, or
how much shipping is?

Why?

What you should do is never place a bid on something until you know:

1 How they expect to be paid.

2 How they ship, and how much.

At this point all you can do is E-mail them and see if they respond.
