User leaves bad feedbacks, later becomes an unregistered user.
According to Ebay's new rules, when a member is suspended, all their
negative and neutral Feedback will be removed. But what if the user
resolves his "issues" and returns under the same name. Does the
negative/neutral feedback all come back?
Or do "suspended" and "unregistered" not mean the same thing??
That's what I asked, earlier. Suspensions can be temporary.
My scenario is this: a seller changes his email address,
and after confirming the change, disables it. He then
switches to another ID and reports himself (or has someone
else do it) for "invalid contact information". He then
furnishes eBay with a "good" email address, and comes
back to a clean record.
eBay's message clearly states that "all of their.....will be
removed" (and not just "negatives and feedbacks they left"
which is the interpretation of AuctionBytes).
