I have been cheated by hi-spec-only ( power seller !!! )

In June 2007 I decided to purchase 2 opteron CPU
from a seller in the UK ( Power seller ) : hi-spec-only
item number : 220116008984
never received anything and was away from when the parcel
was suppose to arrive ... but didn't actually arrived at all
now where are in late August 2007
The seller sent me an email thru ebay that he would do his
utmost to solve the problem and send me the money back
( it was insured ...)
I also spent a lot of time with my local post office
to see what really happened
Then I went abroad for 1 month for vacation and thought to
get some news from hime when back
back home nothing, send many emails , not a simple answer
I eventually took my phone and called the Royal Mail Customer
service to have more detailled information about this parcel
It is stated as "delivered" in their tracking system
Then I had a nice person who confirmed that it has been
delivered back to the sender , He didn't write the address correctly
and forgot my town's name
all the proof of his forfeit are at the following address

not a nice man
lost 280 quids ..... ;o(
