Yes, thereby screwing you out of the difference between the BIN they
have proposed and the item's actual worth. In the most extreme example
I personally had, I listed something at $20, got an offer to close it
immediately at $150 (which I ignored, of course) and sold it at the
end of the auction for $2200.
