It has been in the news and all over the eBay discussion boards

I didn't know anyone had accurate numbers, though. The only thing I've
seen that seems official is a response on the eBay discussion board by
a "pink" that they were targeting the bottom 5% of sellers, determined
by number of negs and adverse filings (nondelivery, NAD). I haven't
seen any reliable source, though, of the numbers who have been
suspended or NARUd.

Sounds like you are making an educated, reasonable guess, but still a
guess?
