There is no set limit on when feedback be left, it is "about" 90 days.

I'm only 30 days in so I still have some room. I would like a/the
battery before my daughter goes back to university though!

Although didn't ask, if I may offer some advice: feedback is a public
statement for other potential buyers to read about the seller. It is
not a vehicle for communication or negotiation with the seller. Just
forget about it until everything here is finished.

No, as I mentioned in a previous response I didn't mean to imply
feedback-threatening the seller ... I just want to make sure there is
no imminent deadline that limits any of my options to get a
satisfactory resolution.

Negative feedback is after I've tried everthing else and basically
lost the money.
