No, I didn't mean feedback hostage ... just how long do I have to
leave feedback ... if this gets resolved I plan to leave a positive.

What steps have you taken?
So far just dealt with the seller, tried to help with trouble shooting
results. Then I returned the item promply by trackeable post. Now
I'm waiting to get a response back on why the item was DOA and to get
the product that I purchased replaced.
Was the seller a West Coast Asian or
someone from Florida?
No, I've seen that thread though.
This is west coast Canada ... I'm sure they were TRUE Canadian though,
they used "eh" a lot in the emails. :-)

The main reason for the questions is just to make sure I don't run out
of time to take more official action. This is traditional vacation
time and it is possible that is part of the problem.
