The seller ad says
100% guaranteed. When I informed him, very professionally and politely
that the product was defective and asked how he wished to proceed,he
advised me to return the product and he would replace it. I wrote back
and suggested that a refund may be best if the color was going to be
the same. He then replied that he stood behind his product 100% and
guaranteed 'complete customer satisfaction'.So, I stand corrected that
he 'advertised' complete customer satisfaction. That part was via e-
mail.

Keep on trying to CYA, I'm not falling for it.

One earlier response said that you only bid because he had "offered a 100%
SATISFACTION guarantee".

"This seller had a good reputation, good feedback, and offered a 100% SATISFACTION
guarantee. So, I gave it a shot."

In another response you stated "he also advertises 100% complete customer
satisfaction".

Now you claim that these were in later email contacts.

Quit changing your "facts". The BS is getting deeper.

Now I'm convinced tony cooper was right about you: "Or even an outright lie was
typed?".
