I am selling a fairly expensive guitar on Ebay. I have a Canadian
bidder who wants me to ship to someone in the USA (because they are a
guitar technician and the guitar does need some work). The tech will
then repair the guitar and ship to the buyer in Canada. I amleery of
this, but I'm not sure if it is for good reason or I'm just being
paranoid. Should I be worried about doing this, if I do, how do I
protect myself ....I guess the question is "what would you do?" and
what do I have to look out for. The item already has bids, so it's
sold either way, but I don't want to turn someone down unneccesarily.
Thoughts? Thanks.
The only thing worse than a Nigerian bidder is a Canadian bidder.
